Comment The “Ka Lai Waikiki Beach” is the only five-star hotel condominium on Oahu where you can own a unit. You can live there as a residence while enjoying hotel services such as concierge, room service, housekeeping, and valet parking. When you are not using your unit, you have the option to rent it out as part of the hotel.
On the lobby floor, you’ll find “Wai’olu Ocean Cuisine,” which serves seafood, and “In Yo Café,” which offers breakfast only. There are many gourmet restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. You can also borrow a beach set from the concierge on the first floor and walk straight to Waikiki Beach.
One-bedroom or larger units come with an in-room washer/dryer. (Studio-type units do not have a washer/dryer.) Parking is not included with the property rights, but if space is available, owners staying at the property can use the valet parking service for free. (However, tips for valet staff are not included.)
Monthly maintenance fee includes cable TV, internet, cold and hot water.
