Comment | The Ritz-Carlton Residences Waikiki Beach opened in 2016 as the first hotel condominium under the Ritz-Carlton brand on Oahu. You can live here and enjoy hotel services such as concierge, room service, housekeeping, and valet parking. When you are not using your unit, it can be rented out as a hotel room. Tower 1 (Ewa Tower) features “Sushi Sho”, a sushi restaurant that combines traditional Edomae cuisine, an adult pool, and a fitness room. Tower 2 (Diamond Heat Tower), which opened in October of 2018, has “Quiora”, serving casual Italian cuisine, and a family-friendly pool. On the ground level is “Dean & Deluca”, for deli and fresh-baked bread, and “Island Country Markets”, a market and gift shop. Monthly maintenance fee includes basic cable, internet, and water. |
