Comment | The “Ilikai” is the only marina-front hotel condominium in Waikiki, standing prominently by the Ilikai Marina. Each floor has coin-operated laundry machines, and the lobby level features a pool, sundeck, café, and a convenience store. The top floor is home to Empire Steakhouse, a steakhouse franchise from New York. Parking at Ilikai is not included with ownership rights like some other buildings (such as Waikiki Banyan or Sunset), but residents and visitors can use the valet parking service for a fee. Several operators provide vacation rental management, but the lobby front desk is managed by Aqua-Aston. The company oversees rental units on the 2nd floor and floors 22 through 25.
